Scott Gilson

Scott Gilson has extensive experience in human resources. Scott currently works as the Director of Human Resources at Jagemann Stamping Company since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Operations Director at RENCO Machine Company from September 2016 to March 2021. Scott also held the position of Human Resources Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems from 2015 to 2016, and at Mid Valley Industries from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Orion Energy Systems, Inc. from 2011 to 2013, and at Wolf River Lumber from 2006 to 2011. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at Cruisers Yachts from 2000 to 2006.

Scott Gilson completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Scott attended the university from 1997 to 1999.
