Christopher Foster

Christopher Foster has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Christopher started their career as a General Manager at Yates plc in 2000 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they were an Operational Trainer at C J Galand. Then, they joined Convergys in 2009 and held the positions of Associate Trainer and Training and Quality Manager until 2016. At Convergys, they worked with major clients in the Tech, Retail, and finance industries, focusing on training and quality improvement. In 2016, they joined Ubisoft as the Consumer Support Development Manager, responsible for managing a team and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Christopher later became Associate Director, Player Support Development and then Director. From 2022 to the present, they have been serving as the Director of Strategic Implementation at Ubisoft. Additionally, since 2016, they have been a Member of the Games Europe CX Guild. In 2023, they will start working at Jagex as the Head of Player Support.

From 2002 to 2005, Christopher Foster attended Hartlepool College of FE, where they pursued a major in Psychology.
