Joshua Spivey

Joshua Spivey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT support, design, and customer service. Currently serving as an MSP Support Engineer at Technology Associates since May 2021, Joshua specializes in Managed IT services, supporting a vast client base of 3,500 across 50 companies. As the owner and head designer of Spivey Studios since February 2018, Joshua manages all aspects of business operations, focusing on custom powdercoating and laser engraving projects. Previous roles include technical support specialist at JAGGAER, claims support specialist at Allstate, and various positions in customer service and sales at State Farm, City Beverage, and ABC Phones of North Carolina. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Distribution and Logistics from East Carolina University.
