Emil J. Schandorff

Emil J. Schandorff has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Emil J. worked at Jagger Copenhagen from 2017 to the present as a COO, overseeing the entire operation and optimizing processes, systems, and human resources. Prior to that, they were a General Manager at the same company from January 2018 to October 2021, responsible for recruitment and management of the Regional Manager team and implementing a new leadership structure. Emil also had experience as a Restaurant Manager and as a Buzzer at Jagger Copenhagen.

Before joining Jagger Copenhagen, Emil worked at My Shake as a Juicer from 2013 to 2015, and at Irma as an Ungarbejder from March 2013 to February 2014.

Emil J. Schandorff's education history started in 2012 when they attended Næstved Gymnasium & HF, where they studied a Samfundsfaglig field of study. Emil J. completed their studies at this institution in 2015. In 2018, Emil J. Schandorff enrolled at Copenhagen Business School and pursued a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, specializing in HD. Emil J. completed this program in 2020. Following this, Emil J. Schandorff continued their education at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Organisation and Management (HD2) from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Emil J. Schandorff is pursuing an Executive MBA at Copenhagen Business School, beginning in 2022 and expected to be completed in 2024.
