Dimas Aji then interned as a Merchant and Acquisition Intern at blanja.com, where they compared pricing data with competitors. Dimas Aji furthered their experience as a Business Development Intern at PT. Go-Jek Indonesia, where they acquired potential partners such as mechanics and car wash talents.

Moving on, Dimas worked at Ahlijasa.com, first as a Field Operations Analyst, where they oversaw driver job allocation for laundry services and supported business expansion for air conditioning and home cleaning services. Later, as a Senior Operations Analyst, they opened and maintained 12 new stores and optimized operational performance. Dimas Aji then became the Assistant Vice President of Operations for Cleanlab Laundry, expanding and enhancing capabilities for B2B business expansion, resulting in increased revenue.

Dimas joined OKHOME as a Customer Service Manager, overseeing day-to-day tasks of the customer service team and maintaining sales growth. Dimas Aji then became an Operational Specialist at Ayam Blenger PSP, managing operations for multiple outlets, implementing SOP improvements, and conducting projects. Currently, Dimas works as an Operation - Daily Excellency Staff at Jago Coffee, conducting market research for grab-and-go opportunities, ensuring quality control for barista partners, and performing fraud research and analysis.

Throughout their career, Dimas has gained extensive experience in operations management, customer service, business development, and strategic planning, contributing to the success and growth of the companies they have worked for.

Dimas Aji Hariansyah obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Sampoerna University. This educational achievement took place between 2011 and 2015.
