Lesley Rougeau, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources with extensive experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In February 2022, Lesley joined Jaguar Energy Services, LLC as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Lesley worked at FDF Energy Services for a significant duration. At FDF Energy Services, Lesley took on various HR positions, starting as an HR Assistant from June 2005 to December 2006. From there, Lesley progressed to become a Personnel Coordinator from January 2006 to April 2012, an HR Generalist from May 2012 to April 2013, and ultimately an HR Manager from May 2013 to February 2022. Lesley's work experience showcases a consistent growth in responsibilities and expertise, highlighting their competence in HR management and strategy.

Lesley Rougeau, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, which was obtained prior to 2005. In 2017, Lesley began pursuing a Master's of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, completing the degree in 2020. In terms of certifications, Lesley obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in January 2012. Additionally, Lesley became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in December 2015.
