Afzal Khan

Afzal Khan is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project and product development within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Lead Project Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover since April 2011, Afzal specializes in Battery Module integration for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV), focusing on quality, cost optimization, and functional targets. Previous roles include Lead Engineer in Product Development, Senior Design Engineer at Defiance Testing and Engineering, and Project Engineer at Chaitanya Preci Tech Pvt Ltd, with expertise in design analysis, project coordination, production planning, and quality assurance. Afzal holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from both B.M.S. College of Engineering and Visvesvaraya Technological University.
