Alex Paschen

Alex Paschen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Internal Communications Manager at JLR since May 2023, Alex has previously held significant roles at Anglian Water Services, including IC Principal and Senior IC Business Partner. Notably, Alex also contributed to Carlsberg UK Ltd as Head of Leadership Communications, where responsibilities encompassed shaping the internal communications strategy to align with the company's vision. Earlier career milestones include managing change communications at Xerox, developing communication strategies at Stolt Offshore, and working for the BBC in various capacities, enhancing internal communications and public relations efforts. Additionally, Alex has shared knowledge as a guest lecturer in communications at the University of Hertfordshire and South Bank University.
