Chris Norton

Chris Norton is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Lead Innovation Engineer for Accessories at JLR since March 2024. Prior to this role, Chris accumulated a decade of experience at Drive System Design, advancing through various positions including R&D Manager, Project Manager, Resident Engineer, and Design Engineer. Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University, completed in 2013, and has foundational education from Hereford Sixth Form College.
