Damian Niland

Damian Niland is an experienced professional in cost transformation and value engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager in both the Cost Transformation & Value Engineering and Cost Engineering Programmes at JLR since October 2011. Prior to this role, Damian held various positions at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. from 1992 to 2011, including Production Manager, Cross-Functional Manager, and Cost and Manpower Manager, overseeing large teams and managing substantial operational budgets. Earlier experience includes roles at SLB and Interfilta UK Ltd. as a Quality Engineer. Damian is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a degree in Manufacturing Technology from the University of Galway.
