Dave Banks

Dave Banks is a highly experienced automotive engineer currently serving as a System Sizing Technical Specialist at Jaguar Land Rover since September 2010, with progressive roles including Vehicle Integration Lead for Project Zeus and Forward Model Architecture Lead Engineer. Notable achievements include leading the successful delivery of the XE weight target and enhancing the accuracy of weight data through a centralized tracking document. In addition to a robust engineering background, Dave co-owns and drives for Chase Racing, a private amateur race team. Prior experience includes coordinating events at Smart Party Marquees and a student placement focusing on oil delivery systems at Cummins Inc. Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Automotive Engineering with Motorsport from the University of Hertfordshire.
