Emma Stopps

Emma Stopps is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in early careers recruitment management at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) since April 2017, holding multiple roles including Global Early Careers Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Operations Manager. Emma excels in managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for graduates, undergraduates, and apprentices. In addition to recruitment roles, Emma serves as a champion for the Jaguar Land Rover PRIDE Network. Prior to JLR, Emma worked as a Financial Operations Analyst at The Adecco Group from November 2015 to April 2017. Emma holds a Fine Art BA Hons degree and a Foundation degree in Art & Design from Coventry University.
