John Frisby

John Frisby currently serves as the Head of the Global Centre of Excellence at Jaguar Land Rover, where responsibilities include leading the vision and strategy for business transformation through the Salesforce platform. Since joining Jaguar Land Rover in July 2005, John has held various roles, including IT Domain Head for Customer Service/Salesforce Practice and Senior Programme Manager. Prior to these positions, John managed the integration of core applications to facilitate the implementation of SAP. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Coventry University, attained between 2012 and 2015, along with foundational education from Smiths Wood Secondary School from 1984 to 1989.
