Jonathan Leatham

Jonathan Leatham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. Currently serving as Programme Delivery Senior Manager and Digital Supply Chain Transformation Manager at Jaguar Land Rover since February 2014, Jonathan leads the digital transformation of the supply chain, focusing on supplier collaboration and logistics visibility. Previous roles at JLR include Freight Optimisation Manager and Inbound Project Engineer, where Jonathan played a critical role in freight strategy and efficiency projects. Prior to JLR, Jonathan held positions at Royal Mail, including Continuous Improvement Manager and People Development Lead, where efforts centered on enhancing operational performance and quality. Jonathan's academic background includes a 1st Class Honours degree in Geography from The University of Manchester and further education at Cranfield School of Management.
