Mariem Ben Amor

Mariem Ben Amor is a skilled professional with extensive experience in system engineering and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Welcome, Access & Leave Chapter Lead at JLR since October 2019, Mariem focuses on enhancing customer experience through strategic development and analysis. Previous roles include Technical Discipline Leader and Team Lead for Systems Engineering at JLR, where responsibilities involved managing engineering teams and overseeing system modeling and documentation for Body & Chassis systems. Earlier career experiences include system requirements engineering at Bosch and various engineering trainee positions, complemented by a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and a Mechatronics Engineering Diploma from Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Carthage.
