Martin Ladicky

Martin Ladicky is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT operations across various sectors, including automotive and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Country IT Manager at Jaguar Land Rover since July 2017, Martin specializes in manufacturing and supply chain management. Prior roles include IT Operations Manager at REYDEL AUTOMOTIVE, where Martin oversaw IT operations for the EMEA region, and Regional IT Manager at Visteon, managing IT across Slovakia and Hungary. With a solid foundation in project management from IBM Slovakia and AT&T Global Network Services, Martin has successfully delivered numerous IT projects while implementing ITIL principles and LEAN methodologies to enhance service quality and reduce costs. Martin holds an MBA in Global Management and a BSBA in Management Information Technologies from City University.
