Nesta Hendley

Nesta Hendley is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Jaguar Land Rover since July 2015, responsible for all aspects of recruitment and recruitment marketing. Previously held the positions of Acting Head of Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruiter at the same company, focusing on identifying top talent for executive-level roles across global markets. Prior to Jaguar Land Rover, Nesta worked as a Research Consultant at Boyden UK, specializing in senior level appointments across diverse functions, and as a Freelance Researcher providing detailed recruitment research for various executive search firms. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Associate at Whitehead Mann, concentrating on director and non-executive appointments in multiple industries, and earlier work as a Client Delivery Coordinator at IRI. Nesta holds a BSc in Geography from Loughborough University and completed education at King's School Macclesfield.
