Niel Aveyard GCGI has extensive experience in automotive and educational leadership roles. Currently serving as JLR Global Technical Support Manager for Jaguar Land Rover, Niel has held various key positions including Global Technical Support Lead and Powertrain Training Lead. Niel's background includes significant leadership experience at Corby Business Academy as Chair of Governors and military service in the British Army as Close Support Company 2IC. Additionally, Niel has worked as Ford Training Operations Manager at Skillnet Limited and held management roles in the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers, including Department Production Manager and Workshop Operations Manager. Niel is pursuing a BA from The Open University and has an educational background from Arborfield SEAE.
