Peter Dawes

Peter Dawes is a highly experienced engineering professional with a focus on chassis, axles, and suspension systems. Currently serving as Chapter Head and Senior Manager for Chassis Axles Suspension Structures and Architecture at JLR since January 2023, Peter previously held multiple leadership roles at Arrival and Jaguar Land Rover, including Group Leader for Suspension Function and Senior Engineer for Chassis Concepts, where responsibilities included vehicle dynamics, durability, and performance. Peter's academic background includes a BA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2014.
