Rob Sparrow

Rob Sparrow is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in software and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Scrum Master at JLR since October 2023, Rob focuses on Over-the-Air (OTA) compliance, ensuring secure software updates and regulatory alignment. Prior to this role, Rob held positions at Tesla as a Software Over-the-Air (SOTA) Validation Engineer and Technician, where mechanical maintenance and diagnostic responsibilities were managed from October 2018 to September 2023. Rob's career began in classic car restoration at CCT Autos Limited, followed by significant experience as a Field Service Technician at Birchley Supplies, specializing in industrial machinery maintenance, and as a Team Supervisor at KwikFit, leading teams and managing workflows.
