Tatiana Elek is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience at Jaguar Land Rover since June 2015, currently serving as Global Senior Procurement Manager for Digital/IT, where responsibilities include leading procurement teams in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and the establishment of digital procurement capabilities. Previous roles at Jaguar Land Rover include Global Procurement Manager for Direct Procurement JIT and Indirect Procurement, focusing on capital equipment and bodyshop projects. Prior to Jaguar Land Rover, Tatiana worked as International Sales and Projects Manager at Tata Steel UK, specializing in energy projects, and held fundraising and customer relations roles at Amnesty International and STA Travel. Tatiana holds an MBA and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from The Open University, along with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology & English from Belarusian State Pedagogical University.
