Lucas Bacelar has a diverse range of experience in engineering and maintenance roles. Currently, at Jaguar Mining Inc. since June 2022, Lucas serves as an Engenheiro de manutenção, supporting the Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) by enhancing processes, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and proposing improvements. Previously, at Relojoaria Styllu’s from September 2017 to April 2022, Lucas worked as a relojoeiro, focusing on watch maintenance and customer service. Earlier experience includes working as an assistant at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from July 2013 to March 2016, where responsibilities included analyzing production line defects. Lucas holds a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Estácio (2019-2023), is pursuing a degree in Engenharia de Confiabilidade e Gestão de Ativos at PUC Minas (2025-2026), and has a technical background in Industrial Mechanics from SENAI BH CECOTEG (2011-2013).
