Stephane Monier obtained their Baccalaureat E degree in Math and Technics from Voillaume in 1991. Stephane then went on to pursue a DUT in Computer Science at Université Paris 13 from 1991 to 1993. In 1993, they attended the University of Plymouth where they earned a BS Hon's degree in Computing & Informatics until 1994. Afterwards, Stephane obtained a Master's degree in Information & Knowledge Systems Engineering and Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 1994 to 1996.
