Previously, they worked at Mizuho Global Services India Private Limited as the Vice President & Compliance Officer from May 2020 to November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Vice President at Mizuho Corporate Bank Limited from March 2018 to April 2020. Before joining Mizuho, they worked as a Manager at Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait from November 2013 to February 2018. Dharmendra also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP from March 2012 to November 2013. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Company Secretary degree from The institute of Company Secretaries of India, focusing on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Prior to that, they attained a B.COM degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they also obtained a SSC degree in Commerce from Jhunjhunu Academy from 2005 to 2007. Continuing their Company Secretary studies, Dharmendra completed a CS degree in company law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2010 to 2013. Furthermore, they acquired a DIPIFR certification in IFRS from ACCA in 2019 and pursued a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) degree in Accounting and Finance from 2020 to 2021. Dharmendra also holds certifications as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India respectively.
