Joy Vollant Ignaczak

Joy Vollant Ignaczak has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Joy is currently a Co-Founder of Jaiio, a next-generation online marketplace for buying and selling second-hand clothing and accessories. Prior to that, they held various managerial positions at L.K.Bennett, including Head of Retail Trading Europe, Area Manager for France and Holland, and Concessions Manager. Joy also worked as a Flagship Store Manager at Tara Jarmon Officiel and as a Coordinatrice RTW at CHANEL. In 2021, they were recognized as a Laureate by Réseau Entreprendre Paris, and in 2022, they became a founding member of the Fédération de la Mode Circulaire.

Joy Vollant Ignaczak completed a Master's degree in Management from IPAG Business School between 1999 and 2003. Afterward, they pursued further education at Sup de Luxe, where they obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Marketing du Luxe between 2003 and 2004.
