Prof Arun Kumar Jain

Prof (Dr) Arun Kumar Jain is a distinguished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in strategic leadership and corporate governance. Currently serving as an Independent Director and Board Member for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., Prof Jain also chairs the Business Strategy and Remuneration & Compensation Sub-Committees of the HAL Board. As a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow since 1999, expertise encompasses strategy, tech-innovation, and corporate governance, complemented by previous faculty experience at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Prof Jain holds a PhD in Business Policy from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has made significant contributions as a TV commentator, social entrepreneur, columnist, and author.
