Fayza Mohamed Amin

Fayza Mohamed Amin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and technology. Currently serving as the Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Technology Committee at Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Fayza also holds additional independent director roles at DKSH and Scicom MSC Berhad, as well as a strategic advisor position at DreamEDGE Sdn Bhd. With a strong background in audit and risk management, Fayza is the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Cradle Fund and has previously held senior leadership positions, including Managing Director at HP Inc Malaysia and President of UMW Technology Sdn Bhd. Fayza's tenure at Telekom Malaysia involved multiple leadership roles in technology and commercial operations, while earlier experience includes serving as Chief Editor - Broadcast Journalist at TIME Engineering Berhad. Fayza holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honors in Politics from Brock University Canada and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Leicester.
