Cindy Arrogancia has been working in the IT industry since 2011. Cindy started their career as a Junior Project Manager at iComm International, Inc. and later moved up to Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Assurance Engineer. In their Quality Assurance Engineer role, they were responsible for analyzing and performing manual testing to ensure compliance and resolving customer issues. Cindy also prepared, verified, and reported application/system bugs to developers and updated customers once fixed. Additionally, Cindy worked as a Technical Support Specialist and a Technical Support Specialist - OJT. In these roles, they assisted users/employees in dealing with computer errors on a daily basis and helped them to manage and use desktop and web applications. In 2019, Cindy moved to Accenture as a Senior Analyst. Currently, they are working as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Jairosoft, Inc.
Cindy Arrogancia received their Certificate in Systems and Network Administration from the University of San Carlos in 2013. Cindy attended Vicente B. Cosido Memorial National High School from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Software Testing and Software Quality Management using Java in October 2014.
