Zara Woods

Zara Woods has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Zara is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Jaja Finance since July 2019. Prior to this, they had their own company called Zara Woods LTD where they worked as a Consultant, Interim & Mentor starting from June 2018.

Before starting their own company, Zara worked as the Executive Director - Strategy & Transformation at Wescot Credit Services Limited from October 2016 to May 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at Barclays, including Director of Integration & Innovation - Barclays & Barclaycard - Global Operations from June 2014 to October 2016. Zara also served as the Director of Collections - Barclaycard UK & Europe at Barclaycard from July 2012 to June 2014, where they were responsible for managing operations across multiple countries. Zara also held other roles in Collections and Strategy at Barclaycard and Barclays from 2002 to 2012.

Zara's work experience demonstrates their expertise in optimizing and transforming organizations, as well as their strong background in financial services consultancy and strategy.

Zara Woods began their education at Bolton School from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained their GCSEs. Zara then attended Winstanley College from 1994 to 1996, focusing on A levels. Following that, they enrolled at The University of Salford from 1996 to 2000 and graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Zara continued their education at Durham University Business School from 2001 to 2003, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management.
