Upasna Dash has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Upasna is the CEO & Founder of Jajabor Brand Consultancy, where they focus on creating impactful conversations and disrupting the way entities and consumers communicate. Upasna is also the Vice-Curator of the New Delhi Hub at the Global Shapers Community. Upasna has served as a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum and as a Vice President at Startup India Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. Additionally, they have held positions at CivilCops, BoringBrands, Perfect Relations, Genesis Luxury, Fleishman Hillard, and Mudra Communications, where they gained experience in strategy, communication, PR, and account management.

Upasna Dash attended Fergusson College from 2006 to 2008. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a degree in business management (DMS) at Singapore Institute of Management. Finally, they completed their Bsc in Business Management & Marketing from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2010 to 2012.
