Radhika Velankar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Radhika began their career at Amplitude Ortho in 2014, where they worked as a Biomedical Design Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for design and development activities of orthopedic implants, production of patient-specific instruments, and segmentation of bone structures from medical images. Radhika also collaborated with Amplitude France and used specialized software for image processing and implant design.

In 2017, Radhika joined MSCI Inc. as an ESG Analyst in the healthcare sector. Radhika'sresponsibilities included searching for and processing information about global companies, transforming raw data into meaningful scores, and working with different information sources.
