Chaney Moore

Chaney Moore currently holds the position of Director of Client Success at JAKALA as of May 2024 and has been serving in a similar capacity at FFW since July 2020, where additional roles included Lead Consultant and Senior Solutions Consultant. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Marketing and Customer Experience at Rick Steves Europe and Assistant Director for Communications at Stanford University. At UC Berkeley, Chaney was Associate Director for LLM Communications & Alumni Relations. In the earlier career, Chaney co-founded and served as Vice President at World Education Group and held the position of Content Editor at QuinStreet, where responsibilities included content management and newsletter oversight. Chaney began in marketing and communications as an assistant at de Young Museum. Educational background includes a BA in Anthropology from Stanford University and an MS in Linguistics from Georgetown University.
