PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development Tbk is an Indonesia-based company primarily engaged in real estate and construction industry. Its business is classified into four segments: hotel, real estate and construction services, telecommunication services and hotel management services. It conducts its business through its subsidiaries, such as PT Dharma Harapan Raya (DHR), PT Danayasa Arthatama Tbk (DA) and PT Artha Telekomindo (Arthatel). Under the name Discovery Hotels & Resorts, DHR manages a chain of hotels and resorts, including Hotel Borobudur Jakarta. DA owns and develops Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), an integrated mixed-use commercial area in Jakarta, Indonesia; DA also manages SCBD through its subsidiaries. Arthatel is primarily engaged in developing the information and technology (IT) facilities and telecommunication networks within SCBD.
