Laura G.

Laura G. has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement. Laura is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Jake's Finer Foods since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior People Director at WM from January 2020 to April 2022. From 2016 to 2019, Laura held various roles at McDonald's, including McOpCo People Officer and Field HR Director, where they played a key role in implementing national and regional people strategies.
