Kendra Shier

Kendra Shier is an experienced professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Operating Partner and Vice President of Operations at MAD Concepts Group since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kendra held the position of Vice President of Operations at Jakes Burgers and Beer since July 2017. Kendra's extensive background includes significant leadership roles such as Board Member and Co-Chair at the National Restaurant Association from May 2010 to May 2021, as well as Vice President positions in operations and marketing at Crest Foods Inc, Bread Winners Cafes, Pizza Inn, Pie Five Pizza Co, and The Melting Pot Restaurants. Kendra began a career in sales and marketing management at GameWorks from 1999 to 2003. Kendra holds a degree from Texas Tech University, where studies took place from 1986 to 1994.
