Chris Samuels

Chris Samuels has a diverse work experience in the toy industry. Chris worked at Jakks Pacific from 2016, first as a Senior Design Manager and later as a Director of Design and Inventor Relations. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a freelance designer and consultant, working with renowned toy companies such as Hasbro, Mattel, and Jakks Pacific. Chris also worked as an instructor at Davinci Design and Technology Schools, teaching design fundamentals to high school students. Before that, they served as an Art Director at Jakks Pacific and as the owner and designer at Brassica Entertainment Studios, where they designed action figures and vehicles for popular properties. Chris also held positions at Otis College of Art and Design and Hasbro, where they worked as a Digital Design Instructor and a Designer for boys' action toys respectively.

Chris Samuels attended the Cleveland Institute of Art from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design.
