Denise Marsh

Denise Marsh, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Denise began their career in 1999 as a Reference Assistant at Infotrieve, where they honed their skills in research and document delivery. Denise progressed through various roles including Sourcing and Electronic Content Specialist, Team Leader in Reference and Sourcing, and ultimately became the Supervisor of the Reference Department. In this role, they managed workflow, oversaw order flow, and processed research requests for Fortune 500 clients.

In 2007, Denise joined Jakks Pacific as an Approvals Coordinator. Denise coordinated submissions to licensors and led approvals status meetings with product teams. Denise also ensured approvals schedules were met to meet product shipment deadlines and organized department archives. Denise then advanced to the role of Approvals Manager, where they continued to oversee approvals processes and maintain communication with licensors and internal teams. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Manager Licensing Approvals, where they further contributed to the completion of projects and supervised a team of coordinators. Most recently, Denise assumed the position of Director of Product Planning & Licensing Approvals, where they continue to excel in their responsibilities.

Denise Marsh, PMP, holds a Bachelor's degree in History from UCLA, which they obtained between 1996 and 2000. In July 2020, they also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
