Rachel Middleton-Smith has extensive experience in marketing and licensing in the toy industry. Rachel began their career as an Account Manager at Greenwich Design in 1986 before moving on to Gemma International, where they held the roles of Marketing Manager and later Marketing Director. At Character Options, Rachel served as the Marketing Director and was responsible for all marketing activities and budget management. Rachel then joined Mattel as a Marketing Services Manager and later became a Marketing Manager with trade marketing responsibilities for various toy brands. Rachel's next position was at Saxon Brands as the Marketing Director, where they had full responsibility for marketing and sales administration teams, strategic planning, product management, e-commerce development, and marketing communications. Currently, Rachel is Vice President of Marketing & Licensing at Jakks Pacific, overseeing the EMEA, Australia, and New Zealand regions.
Rachel Middleton-Smith's education history includes a Marketing Diploma Graduate from Bramhall High School and a Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Longcroft School (Beverley).
