Shelton Gayles

Shelton Gayles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shelton started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, where they examined the financial statements of Savings and Loan Associations and government contractors. Shelton then moved on to PwC as a Senior Auditor in the Small Emerging Business Group, where they managed, trained, and recruited auditing staff and oversaw the installation of accounting and point-of-sale systems. After that, Gayles worked as a Project Manager at Prime Construction, managing client relationships and projects. Shelton then joined Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies as an Accounting Manager, where they installed and managed computer systems for retail stores and catalog operations.

Gayles then transitioned into a technology-focused role at SGC, where they served as the Director of Client Services and oversaw the development of desktop and web applications. Shelton also managed the installation and maintenance of server and workstation systems. Gayles continued their technology career at Nexgenix as a Lead Programmer, where they developed front and back-end web applications and installed and maintained web servers.

After Nexgenix, Gayles joined Trader Joe's as a Lead Analyst and Senior Programmer for the Store Systems Group. In this role, they developed and managed the technology architecture and IT standards for the group. Gayles then founded their own company, Shelton's Motorcars Inc, where they served as the President. In this role, they designed and programmed desktop and server applications, web-based applications, and HTML5-based web applications using various development tools.

Gayles then moved on to Wireless Capital Partners as a Software Engineer, and later joined Jakks Pacific as a Lead Software Developer and Project Manager. In these roles, they utilized their software development skills to contribute to various projects.

Throughout their career, Gayles has demonstrated expertise in software development, project management, technology architecture, and IT standards. Their experience in both financial and technology industries makes him a well-rounded professional.

Shelton Gayles received a Bachelor's degree in Science Accounting from Loyola Marymount University in 1985.
