Virginia Reneau has a strong background in global licensing and marketing, with over 20 years of experience in the toy industry. Virginia is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Licensing at Jakks Pacific since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Global Licensing at the same company from January 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining Jakks Pacific, Virginia worked as the Vice President of Licensing at Galerie Candy and Gifts from April 2017 to December 2018.

Virginia has also had a long tenure at Mattel Inc, where they held several key positions. As a Senior International Marketing Manager from June 2006 to April 2011, Virginia oversaw global branding initiatives and growth opportunities for the Girl Brands portfolio in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Prior to this role, they served as a Marketing Manager for Games, Puzzles, and Youth Electronics from June 1999 to June 2006, where they developed and executed brand strategies. Virginia started their career at Mattel Inc as an Associate Product Planner from February 1998 to June 1999, where they generated development and launch plans for over 400 products.

Throughout their career, Virginia has demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategic marketing programs, collaborate with licensors, and achieve financial growth targets.

Virginia Reneau earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University-Long Beach - College of Business in 1997. Virginia later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from California State University-Dominguez Hills in 2007.
