Carlos Pammo

Carlos Pammo has had a diverse range of work experience. Carlos started their career as a Software Developer at Jalasoft in March 2011 and held this role until March 2013. Shortly after, they transitioned to the roles of Staff Software Developer and Staff Dev Lead at the same company, which they held from March 2013 until November 2019. During this time, they also took on the role of Scrum Master in November 2016. In November 2019, Carlos was promoted to the position of Senior Software Developer, which they still hold. Carlos then assumed the role of Senior Project Lead in April 2022. In addition to their work at Jalasoft, Carlos also worked at USIP as a C# Trainer from June 2014 to August 2022.

Carlos Pammo earned an Engineer's Degree in Software Development from Universidad Católica Boliviana, which they attended from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Informatics from the same institution from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Carlos has received several certifications including The Art of Negotiation and Communication in the 21st Century Workplace from Coursera in 2018, as well as various certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies from SCRUMstudy in 2016. Carlos also completed several courses offered by Microsoft, such as LINQ, Dynamic Languages, and COM Components, Data Encapsulation, Operator Overloading, Method Decoupling and Event Handling, and Methods, Exceptions, and File IO, among others, between 2014 and 2015. Furthermore, Carlos completed a training program in Software Development from Fundación Jala in 2010 and a course in ASP.Net web application development with Microsoft.Net Framework 4 from TEKHNE S.R.L. in 2013.
