Santiago Eid has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities.

Santiago started their career as a Sales Intern at Go2tel in 2011, where they developed both social and technical skills while collaborating with the sales team.

In 2014, they worked as a Sales Agent at Natura, selling environmentally friendly cosmetic products in different cities in Bolivia. During this time, they successfully sold a large amount of merchandise.

Also in 2014, Santiago worked as an Advertising Agent at FEICOBOL, where they promoted and distributed advertisements for six different commercial expos per year. Santiago had regular contact with at least 1000 people per expo to advertise the events.

In 2016, Santiago worked as a Research Intern at IBt - Instituto de Botânica. In this role, they worked in the Phycology department and studied Cyanobacteria of the Nostoc genera. Santiago brought samples from a high altitude wetland in the Bolivian Andes region and produced scientifically significant results for their bachelor's thesis project.

Returning to the corporate world, in 2018, they co-founded Ceziam and served as a Co-Founder until the present.

Also in 2018, they joined CityTroops as the Director of User Experience and Configurations, where they held the responsibility of managing user experience and configurations. Santiago worked in this role until March 2020.

From March 2020 to January 2021, Santiago worked at CityHeroes as a Front End Developer and UX Designer, contributing to the development of the user interface and user experience design.

Finally, in 2021, Santiago joined Jalasoft as a Software Developer, where they are currently employed.

Santiago Eid's education history begins in 2009 when they obtained the International General Certificate of Secondary Education from the University of Cambridge. In 2010, they obtained the International Certificate of Education with Merit from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained the Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge in 2011.

From 2012 to 2017, Santiago attended Universidad Católica Boliviana, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. During this time, they also participated in the First International Environmental Meeting organized by the university in 2013.

In 2016, Santiago obtained two additional certifications. Santiago completed the AdvPHY2.3x: AP® Physics 2 - Part 3: Optics and Modern Physics course offered by edX. Santiago also became a Galactic Team-Member through the NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

In 2018, Santiago attended Le Wagon for Web Development and completed a FullStack Developer program.
