Lana Chan

Lana Chan is an experienced BG Paint Lead at NELVANA, with a focus on quality control and efficient project pipelines since January 2016, working on notable projects such as "Thomas and Friends: All Engines Go" and "Hotel Transylvania." Prior to this role, Lana served as a Background Painter for various animated series, including "ZhuZhu Pets," "Bravest Warriors," and "Ollie's Pack." Briefly self-employed as a Visual Development Artist in 2017, Lana created concepts for clients such as DHX and Amberwood Entertainment. Earlier experience includes background painting for CBC's "Chirp" and Nickelodeon's "The Fresh Beat Band of Spies," as well as teaching art to children at Little Big Art School. Lana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from OCAD University, specializing in Drawing and Painting.
