Maggie Xie

Maggie Xie has extensive experience in the animation industry, currently serving as a Shot Finaling Supervisor at Jam Filled since February 2022. Previously, Xie worked as a Character and Shot Finaling Artist at Industrial Brothers and held several roles at Jam Filled, including Shot Finaling Artist and Surfacing Artist. Prior positions include Sr. Surfacing Artist at Elliott Animation Inc. and various roles at Guru Studio, including Background Painter and Shot Finaling Supervisor. Xie's career began as a Compositing Artist at Snowball Studios Ltd. and as a Shot Finaling Artist at Guru Studio. Xie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, a Fine Arts exchange diploma from Ecole nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts, a Certificate in Digital Communication and Media from the University of Toronto, and a degree in Computer Animation from Sheridan College.
