Hossein Bazgir is a seasoned researcher in the field of polymer processing and catalyst design, currently serving as a Catalyst Design and Polymer Processing Researcher at Jam Petrochemical Company since February 2020. In this role, Hossein focuses on the preparation of novel Ziegler-Natta catalysts for polymerization in both slurry and gas phase processes. Concurrently, Hossein has been a Research Assistant at the Iran Polymer and Petrochemical Institute since May 2018, concentrating on Ziegler-Natta catalyst studies and the pyrolysis of light olefins in a CSTR reactor at the bench scale. Prior experience includes research assistance at Ilam University, where work was conducted on the application of nanoparticles in wastewater treatment and human health. Hossein holds a Master of Science in Polymerization from the Iran Polymer and Petrochemical Institute and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Olefin Polymerization at the same institution, building on a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Ilam University.
