Seicoo Thomas

Seicoo Thomas, MBA, is an experienced professional in performance management and human resources, currently serving as Manager Performance Management at Jamaica Customs Agency since January 2010, and previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Officer focusing on employee relations, as well as Information Officer responsible for managing departmental information and records systems. Prior to joining Jamaica Customs Agency, Seicoo Thomas worked for the Government of Jamaica in a human resource support capacity from August 2000 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC), a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management from the Management Institute for National Development, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from UCC.
