Shawn Carnegie

Shawn Carnegie is a seasoned professional in education and technology, currently serving as a Senior Training and Implementation Support Specialist at the Jamaica Customs Agency since January 2022. Prior experience includes the role of National Training Specialist at the Ministry of Finance & Planning from November 2018 to January 2022, and Information Communication Technology Special Education Teacher at the Ministry of Education of Jamaica from August 2008 to November 2018. Shawn's expertise also encompasses a brief tenure as a Microsoft Certified Educator - Trainer in early 2015, and previous roles as a Computer Technician at Teadray Computers and Satellite Recordist at CVM Television Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, Information Technology from The University of the West Indies, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
