Paola Liendo

Paola Liendo serves as the Director of Economic Mobility Services at Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation since January 2013, overseeing the delivery of financial coaching and developing educational materials and programs aimed at enhancing clients' financial well-being. Paola has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Financial Coach and Data Manager, where responsibilities included supervising staff and volunteers, conducting financial health assessments, and creating individual action plans for clients. Prior to this, Paola worked as a Micro Loan Credit Officer at Banco Los Andes ProCredit in Bolivia, focusing on small business assessment and providing credit counseling. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in General Business Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Escuela Militar de Inegenieria.
