Simone Pearson

Simone Pearson is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Pan Jamaica Group Limited since April 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the legal and governance portfolios across diverse global businesses. Pearson has also held the position of Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Jamaica Producers Group Limited since March 2016, managing a broad legal portfolio and corporate governance compliance. Additional roles include serving as a director on multiple boards, such as the University of the West Indies Hospital Private Wing and the Governor General Jamaica Trust, and past positions as a Commissioner at both the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission and the Financial Services Commission Jamaica. Pearson's legal career began at the Attorney General's Chambers in Jamaica, providing legal advice on public-private partnerships and governmental legal matters. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from UCL, a Certificate of Legal Education from Norman Manley Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies.
