André Latchman

Team Lead Customer Experience at Jamaica Public Service Company Limited

André Latchman has worked at two different companies in their career. From 2009 onwards, they worked at Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited where they held various positions. André started as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Team Leader/Quality Analysis Officer in the Group Contact Centre. In this role, they monitored and reviewed calls for quality and provided training to team members. André then became a Learning and Development Officer, where they conducted and facilitated training sessions for administrative staff. Finally, they worked as the Assistant Manager of Learning Development before being promoted to their most recent role as the Group Client Experience Manager. Prior to their time at Sagicor, André worked at Jamaica Public Service Company Limited starting in 2006. André served as a Customer Care Agent and later became a Team Lead for Customer Experience.

André Latchman earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Language and Communication from The University of the West Indies, Mona, between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Jamaica College between 1998 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, André has obtained several certifications, including being a CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in October 2022, and various certificates in subjects such as leadership, innovation, and instructional design from institutions like edX, LinkedIn, and the Mona School of Business and Management.
